This policy explains what information Ensyte LLC ("Ensyte," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, our communications with you, and the text messages we send.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in an email, form or message to us.
- Communication records: the content and timing of emails, calls and text messages between you and Ensyte. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you at the start of the call when they are.
- Website data: basic technical information your browser sends, such as pages visited and device type, collected by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule conversations
- To provide and improve our services
- To send you text messages you agreed to receive
- To keep records and meet legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run Ensyte, such as our phone and texting provider, email, form and scheduling tools, workflow automation and AI tools, and file storage. They may use it only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
